Cystitis

Cystitis is inflammation of the bladder and usually occurs secondary to ascending urinary tract infections.  Symptoms include burning pain on urination, increased urinary frequency, nighttime urination, foul-smelling cloudy urine, and lower abdominal pain.  Drink at least two litres of purified water daily.  Cranberry juice is a natural urinary antiseptic.  Garlic has antibiotic properties that can also be helpful.
