Failing memory can be a symptom of free radical damage, diminished blood supply to the brain, and/or of certain nutrient deficiencies (e.g., vitamin B-12, choline, niacin/niacinamide). An arterial cleansing formula helps to correct these underlying factors, as well as to restore blood flow to the brain. There are also a number of herbs that have protective and restorative properties for the brain. These include ginkgo biloba, Siberian ginseng, ashwagandha, gotu kola, and bilberry. Sometimes memory loss is caused by heavy metal toxicity, in which case homeopathic dilutions of the metals in question can facilitate their removal from brain tissue. Poor memory can also be a symptom of candidiasis.
