Vitamin E

Any of the following symptoms can either be caused by a deficiency of VITAMIN E or may be helped by taking supplementary VITAMIN E:

[     ]  Muscular weakness, swelling or wasting

[     ]  Brittle and falling hair

[     ]  Tendency to form blood clots

[     ]  Hemolytic anemia, sickle cell anemia

[     ]  FEMALE:  Menstrual discomfort

[     ]  MALE:  Low sex drive, impotence
